UPSL announces Vlora City FC as 2019 expansion team.

Vlora City FC has recently become one of the latest clubs to sign on as an expansion team in the 2019 season for the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) and will compete in the Midwest Conference North Division. The United Premier Soccer League was founded in 2011 with the goal of providing a competitive Pro Development league for players seeking to play at higher levels. Today, the UPSL is fastest growing Pro Development League in the United States, featuring over 200 Men’s Pro Development teams.
